The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, right in front of the palace. Guests appreciated the spacious rooms with cozy family areas and blissful bath areas, including jacuzzis. The breakfast spread was delectable, and tea and pastries were available in the afternoon. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure guests' needs were met. The hotel offers shutters on all windows for complete blackout, perfect for hot summer days, and an excellent air conditioning system. The housekeeping was immaculate, and the balcony provided a stunning view of the city.

The pull-out sofa bed in the room could have been more comfortable.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the city, right in front of the palace. We were able to easily explore all the attractions as everything was close by. The staff were extremely friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a modern bathroom and a small balcony to enjoy the view. The breakfast included in our rate was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start our day.

The noise from both inside and outside the hotel was quite disruptive, especially for light sleepers. The adjoining rooms and foyer were noisy, and there was constant traffic and noise from passers-by outside the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay in a beautifully decorated hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from all the main attractions and is situated right in front of a magnificent palace. The room was spacious and adorned with beautiful frescos, making me feel like I was stepping back in time. The modern and spacious bathroom was a great addition. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that I had an enjoyable stay. The breakfast served in the lovely dining room was fresh and delicious, a great way to start the day.

There were occasional noise disturbances from other guests, which slightly impacted my overall experience.

Our stay at Piazza Pitti Palace - Residenza D'Epoca was magnificent. The rooms were beautifully restored with high ceilings, chandeliers, and fine furniture. The location near Boboli Gardens and Palazzo Vechio was perfect. The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating and made restaurant reservations for us. I highly recommend this hotel for a special and good experience.

I seemed like royalty staying at Piazza Pitti Palace - Residenza D'Epoca. The beautiful historical building was just steps away from the lively center of Florence. The rooms were grand with painted ceilings and walls, yet still comfortable. The bathroom toiletries were luxurious and the breakfast was great. The hotel staff, Ginevra and Louis, were nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The moment we walked into this hotel, we knew we had made the right choice. The grandeur and attention to detail in our suite left us breathless - it was like stepping into a royal palace. The rooms were much bigger than they appeared in the photos, and the king suite we saw was simply magnificent.
