The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, right in front of the palace. Guests appreciated the spacious rooms with cozy family areas and blissful bath areas, including jacuzzis. The breakfast spread was delectable, and tea and pastries were available in the afternoon. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure guests' needs were met. The hotel offers shutters on all windows for complete blackout, perfect for hot summer days, and an excellent air conditioning system. The housekeeping was immaculate, and the balcony provided a stunning view of the city.

The pull-out sofa bed in the room could have been more comfortable.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the city, right in front of the palace. We were able to easily explore all the attractions as everything was close by. The staff were extremely friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a modern bathroom and a small balcony to enjoy the view. The breakfast included in our rate was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start our day.

The noise from both inside and outside the hotel was quite disruptive, especially for light sleepers. the adjoining rooms and foyer were noisy, and there was constant traffic and noise from passers-by outside the hotel.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from all the main attractions and is situated right in front of a magnificent palace. The room was spacious and adorned with beautiful frescos, making me feel like I was stepping back in time. The modern and spacious bathroom was a great addition. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that I had an enjoyable stay. The breakfast served in the lovely dining room was fresh and delicious, a great way to start the day.

There were occasional noise disturbances from other guests, which slightly impacted my overall experience.
